Job summary

Guardian Jobs is seeking a Student Recruitment Insights and Forecasting Analyst in London. You will analyse the student recruitment pipeline from enquiry to enrolment, build forecasting models and performance insights to guide Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams.

You'll create dashboards and visualisations, monitor targets and translate complex data into clear recommendations. A values-led environment supports collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing student recruitment pipelines within a higher education environment.
• Forecasting models, scenario planning and performance projections experience.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight.
• Advanced reporting skills using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Experience producing dashboards and visualisations.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse recruitment performance across the full student journey and identify trends.
• Create enrolment forecasts and scenario models to support planning.
• Monitor performance against targets and flag risks and opportunities.
• Produce clear analysis to support decision-making across teams.
• Segment data by programme, market, domicile, applicant type and channel.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations for stakeholders.
• Evaluate impact of recruitment activity on conversion outcomes.
• Support CRM journey optimisation through data-driven insight.
• Refine forecasting methodologies and performance measures.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across University to embed evidence-based decisions.
