Job summary

Manor Green School in Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support students with learning difficulties to access internships, placements and develop independence for future work.

The role requires car access and ICT skills, with term-time only hours and a 32.5 weekly basis. We offer a supportive environment with development opportunities and a focus on safeguarding and health and safety.

Qualifications

• Meet the person specification.
• Be able to meet key accountabilities set out in Job Description.
• Have experience and/or a keen interest in the subject matter.
• Be able to use ICT effectively.
• Have good organisational skills.
• Have good communication skills.
• Good levels of literacy & numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Work with Careers and Enterprise team to support students with internships, placements and develop independence.
• Engage with and support employers to source and set up placements and ensure health and safety, safeguarding and monitoring processes.
• Engage with potential employers to secure work opportunities for students.
