Job summary

De Aston School is seeking an Inclusion and Engagement Manager to lead the Inclusion and Engagement Centre, guiding a team to support students requiring additional help. You will work with staff, families and external agencies to ensure consistent, targeted support that helps pupils re-engage with learning.

The role requires strong behaviour management, excellent organisation, data analysis skills and a genuine commitment to inclusion and student success.

Qualifications

• Have the ability to build strong professional relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills.
• Be highly organised with the ability to analyse data and drive improvement.
• Show resilience, initiative and a solution-focused approach.
• Experience of working with young people and supporting engagement and inclusion.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above with a Level 3 qualification and strong ICT skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inclusion and Engagement Centre and manage the team to support student success.
• Work with senior leaders, pastoral staff, teachers, families and external agencies to ensure targeted support.
• Help students re-engage with learning and reintegrate into lessons.
• Analyse data and track patterns to drive improvements in behaviour and inclusion.
• Collaborate to ensure consistent, impactful support for every student.
