Homes for Students in London seeks a General Manager for The Cube, Ealing and Greenwich to lead a thriving student community, delivering top-tier customer service across sales, maintenance and housekeeping, and to embed our values in daily operations.

From September you will oversee check-in, check-out and room turnaround, inspire and develop your team, manage budgets, and report performance with the support of a wider Homes for Students network.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
• Strong data presentation and analysis skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities.
• Proficiency with IT and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the on-site team across multiple facilities.
• Oversee sales, maintenance and housekeeping to deliver a great student living experience.
• Manage budgets and monitor performance against targets.
• Ensure efficient check-in/check-out and room turnaround processes.
