Job summary

Manshead CE Academy is seeking a permanent Medical Welfare Officer to provide day-to-day medical oversight and welfare support for students. The role covers care planning, medical records management and safeguarding-related communication, in a safe and compassionate environment.

Working 37 hours per week, term-time only plus 5 days, with a Grade L4a progression. The role will collaborate with Student Services to promote wellbeing and inclusive education across the school.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day medical welfare and welfare support for students.
• Maintain and manage medical records and care plans.
• Communicate student health needs to staff and safeguarding teams.
