• Experience in first aid and safeguarding with children or young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day medical welfare and first aid provision at Rainhill High School.
• Provide a consistent point of contact for students and staff with medical needs, ensuring safe, compassionate support throughout the school day.
• Coordinate Individual Healthcare Plans, medication systems and liaise with parents/carers and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patterns of attendance related to health needs and work with pastoral, attendance, SEND and safeguarding teams.
