Job summary

Leeds University Union in Leeds is seeking a Student Groups Systems and Compliance Lead to drive administration, systems management and compliance across the Clubs and Societies programme. You will lead the Student Groups administration team and help ensure efficient, compliant services.

You will review workflows, introduce automation and digital tools, coordinate certifications and audits, and collaborate with colleagues to scale services for 350+ clubs and 3,000 student volunteers.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, operational service delivery, systems management, or compliance.
• Proven team management skills and ability to juggle priorities.
• Comfort with digital tools and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team of three Administrators and set priorities.
• Review and redesign workflows, drive process simplification and automation.
• Oversee annual club certifications, safety records and audits.
• Manage day-to-day operations for room bookings, events support and front desk services.
