• Plan, coordinate and deliver enrichment and student engagement activities.
• Lead on student events such as Freshers' Fair, conferences and campaigns.
• Develop student leadership initiatives including ambassadors and governors.
• Promote inclusion, volunteering and community engagement across student groups.
• Monitor participation and report on learner engagement and outcomes.
• Support safeguarding, inclusion and personal development strategies.
• Build relationships with external partners and coordinate resources and budgets.
