Job summary

Keele Students' Union (Keele SU) is seeking a dedicated role to enhance the student experience at Keele University. You will coordinate Sport, Volunteering and Society Activity with support from colleagues and deliver engaging, meaningful, measurable student activities for a broad student base.

• Deliver a broad day-to-day student experience to Keele students.
• Lead on coordinating Sport, Volunteering and Society Activity with support from colleagues and deliver engaging, measurable student activities.
• Support other SU colleagues in their roles on projects or events.
• Develop members and volunteer leaders through training, ongoing support and reward opportunities to boost employability and student experience.
• Deliver initiatives to meet current and future student needs and engage hard-to-reach and underrepresented groups.

Salary:Grade 4A - £27,570.61 per annum, £14.10 per hour

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This will involve delivering to students a broad day to day student experience whilst a student at Keele.

You will take a lead on coordinating Sport, Volunteering and Society Activity with support from colleagues and deliver engaging, meaningful, measurable student activities.

The post holder will also support other SU colleagues in their roles, supporting projects or events that are being delivered.

The post holder will support the development of members and volunteer leaders, through the delivery of training, ongoing support and reward opportunities which enhances members' employability skills and the overall student experience.

Also necessary will be the support and delivery of initiatives to meet current and future student needs and the engagement of hard to reach and underrepresented groups.
