In this role you will mentor students to achieve goals, help plan their careers, and coordinate events to enhance employability. The post offers a permanent, full-time contract with hybrid working in Birmingham and a salary of £28,031 to £30,378 per annum.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering an engaging personal tutorial provision across Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. We're particularly interested in candidates who bring hands‑on experience in working with students to achieve goals and plan career development. Experience in organising events is also highly valued as we support our students in honing their skills and strategic capabilities. Organisational skills are key, as you manage various student needs across different levels of study and disciplines.
