Are you passionate about creating vibrant, inclusive student experiences? We’re looking fortwo inspiring Team Leadersto head up ourStudent Engagement team—one based at ourEast campusesand the other at ourSouth campuses.

In this exciting role, you’ll:

  • Lead and shapea welcoming, dynamic, and impactful Student Engagement offer that supports every student’s journey.
  • Drive quality and innovationacross all student services and activities, ensuring excellence in everything we do.
  • Inspire and guidea dedicated team responsible for enrichment programs, common room spaces, clubs and societies, and a diverse calendar of trips, events, and guest speakers.
  • Collaborate across the college—working closely with curriculum teams, support services, and external partners to provide holistic support and unforgettable student experiences.

London South East Colleges (LSEC)is a leading further and higher education provider, with seven campuses across Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, and Lambeth and c1000 staff.
