Job summary

Highlands and Islands Students' Association in Moray is seeking an Engagement Coordinator (part-time) based on Moray campus. The role focuses on facilitating student engagement for learners at UHI Moray and collaborating with elected Student Officers, staff, and external partners.

The position requires 21 hours per week, working primarily on campus, and includes duties such as supporting the Student Officer's manifesto, Welcome Week, and the SVR system, while promoting club activities and online

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for students at the Academic Partner and encourage involvement in HISA.
• Manage local HISA office, shared emails, and track local budgets and records.
• Support elected Student Officer, Welcome Week, and Student Officer elections.
• Foster partnerships with the Academic Partner and coordinate clubs and community initiatives.
• Support communications and publicity to publicise HISA impact.
