Job summary

Outwood Academy Foxhills in Scunthorpe is seeking a Bridge Coordinator to support students facing engagement barriers. You will be the Gatekeeper and manager of the Bridge provision, developing study and social skills and delivering tailored resources.

Joining the Deep Support team, you will implement behavioural interventions and work with staff to re-engage learners, with a focus on creating a positive, safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners facing engagement barriers.
• Ability to work as Gatekeeper and manager of a Bridge provision.
• Ability to develop study and social skills and manage behavioural interventions.
