Job summary

The University of Oxford, Faculty of Law, invites applications for a Student Disability Support Administrator. The role provides specialist administrative and operational support for disabled undergraduate and postgraduate students, coordinating disability-related support and reasonable adjustments.

You will work with the Faculty's Student Disability Lead and Co-ordinators, reporting to the Head of Academic Administration, and supporting both undergraduate and postgraduate matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex administrative environment within higher education or a comparable organisation.
• Experience with disability-related processes, reasonable adjustments, or student support services.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism and sound judgement.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; commitment to inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate disability-related support and reasonable adjustments for students.
• Act as a key point of contact for students, colleges, academic staff and central services.
• Support the Head of Academic Administration and postgraduate/undergraduate matters as appropriate.
