Job summary

Sanofi in the UK is seeking a Student Clinical Project Assistant to support the Clinical Studies Unit with administrative tasks across feasibility, site partnerships, and study processes.

You will work with Medical Advisors and Site Partnership Managers, assist with confidentiality and communications, design newsletters, and prepare annual and safety reports for ethics committees, gaining hands-on experience through mentoring and cross-department exposure.

Qualifications

• Currently in 2nd or 3rd year of a degree in Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
• Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and drive results with a strong focus on quality and confidentiality.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to learn SOPs and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on feasibility studies in the UK and Ireland, supporting the feasibility process and coordinating responses.
• Assist with digital innovation initiatives alongside the local Innovation Lead.
• Support confidentiality agreements with hospital trusts and internal communications.
• Design newsletters and other communication tools for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare annual and safety reports for ethics committees.
