Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Student Clinical Project Assistant in Reading to join the Clinical Studies Unit. You will provide administrative support across feasibility, study management, and cross-team collaboration, gaining exposure to the full clinical trial lifecycle from feasibility through close-out.

You will work 2–3 days a week in a hybrid environment, supporting Medical Advisors, Site Partnership Managers, and cluster Innovation Lead while learning SOPs and quality control processes to grow

Qualifications

• Currently in 2nd or 3rd year of a Biomedical Sciences degree or related field.
• Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
• Able to plan, prioritize and drive results with focus on quality and confidentiality.
• Proactive, customer-focused and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Medical Advisors and Site Partnership Managers on feasibility studies in the UK and Ireland.
• Support the local Innovation Lead on digital innovation initiatives.
• Assist with creating and maintaining confidentiality agreements with hospital trusts.
• Design newsletters and communications tools for internal and external use.
• Prepare annual and safety reports for ethics committees.
