Job summary

Solent University’s Student Success Team invites applications for the Student Casework & Project Manager role on Southampton Campus to lead and improve complex student casework and projects. You will develop processes, monitor data quality, and ensure reporting aligns with regulatory requirements.

You will lead the mental health team, assess evidence, and draft paperwork involving clinical, legal and regulatory considerations while advising on risks for the student and university.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of managing complex casework in a clinical or educational setting.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Drive to improve the student experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective processes for managing complex student casework, improving data quality and reporting for Student Success.
• Lead the mental health team and casework relating to students whose fitness to study is of significant concern.
• Design and deliver training for staff and students to support mental health and wellbeing.
