Job summary

Lift Kingswood is seeking a skilled Careers Advisor to work under the Careers Lead, providing tailored guidance to pupils as they explore options, build skills, and prepare for further education, training or employment.

You will develop and deliver workshops, maintain career resources, and collaborate with families and external providers to ensure inclusive, high‑quality CEIAG support and tracking of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development and GCSE English/Maths at grade 4/C or above.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 career guidance, mock interviews, and action plans to help students set goals and achieve Y11/Y13 destinations.
• Deliver workshops on CV writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies to meet Gatsby Benchmarks.
