We're looking for enthusiastic students to join our Ambassador Team in Marketing & External Relations. Student Ambassadors work at recruitment events such as Open Days, taster days, and UCAS fairs for Cardiff Metropolitan University.
The role also involves working in schools and colleges across South Wales to support sessions to inspire students into further study at university with our Student Recruitment and Reaching Wider teams. Teams across the university also use student ambassadors for admin roles periodically throughout the year.
As a current Cardiff Metropolitan University student, you will serve as a positive and responsible role model, demonstrating good knowledge of employability opportunities and progression routes within secondary and higher education.
You will bring enthusiasm and a friendly approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to providing an excellent student experience.
Being a Student Ambassador will give you the opportunity to develop skills such as communication, leadership, and teamwork as well as meeting and working with other students and staff across the university. This is a casual opportunity offering flexible, ad hoc hours - ideal for gaining paid experience that fits around your studies.
