Job summary

Teaching Vacancies is seeking a Student Administration & Customer Service Apprentice to join the college in East Norfolk. The role combines university study with hands-on experience in student administration and customer service.

You will gain exposure to finance and catering teams and be expected to support various College areas as needed. The apprenticeship offers a pathway to a degree in a chosen discipline and potential for future professional qualifications upon completion.

Qualifications

• 96 UCAS Tariff points equivalent to 3 A levels at grades C or above. Equivalent UCAS Tariff points also accepted from BTEC Level 3 Diplomas and Access to HE Diplomas.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C / 4 or above

Responsibilities

• This training position provides the postholder with Student Administration and Customer Service experience whilst studying towards a Degree. You will work within the Finance and Catering team and may support different areas of the College as required.
• At the end of the degree apprenticeship, the postholder will have a permanent role at the College supporting student administration and customer service.
