Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for accommodation operations across the University’s portfolio.
• Oversee day-to-day management to ensure a safe, secure, and high-quality living environment for students.
• Drive occupancy targets, commercial performance, and financial forecasting within PBSA arrangements.
• Lead rent setting, benchmarking, nominations agreements, and PBSA partnerships to stay competitive.
• Support safeguarding, wellbeing, and pastoral support, and coordinate incident response and business continuity planning.
