UPP is hiring a part-time cleaner to join our friendly team at our Exeter student accommodation. The role is 20 hours per week from 09:00 to 13:00, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £13,542.99 per year.

You will help keep bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and appliances clean and welcoming for residents. You should have cleaning experience in a similar environment, good English communication and strong organisation.

Competenze

• Experience in cleaning in a similar environment.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering a quality clean.

Mansioni

• Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpets, sweep and polish floors and stairs.
• Maintain kitchens to a high standard, including white goods and utensils.
• Wash walls, doors, furniture, radiators and lampshades.
• Empty bins and dispose of rubbish in designated areas.
• Clean internal and external windows when needed.
• Daily liaison with residents and staff.
• Follow Health & Safety policies at all times.
• During summer: make beds and laundered linen handling.
