Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking Summer Accommodation Assistants to help prepare student accommodation for incoming residents and guests. This is a fast-paced, hands-on assignment with a 2-week duration starting 24th August in Edinburgh City Centre.

You will support room turnovers, deliver excellent customer service, manage supplies and assist with housekeeping and maintenance tasks. The role involves setting up rooms, welcoming residents, and reporting issues on-site, for 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Supporting room turnovers and move-in preparations
• Delivering gold-star customer service
• Delivering supplies, stock, and equipment throughout the building
• Assisting with housekeeping and general maintenance support
• Setting up rooms, making beds, and preparing communal areas
• Welcoming new residents and helping make move-in day a success
• Reporting maintenance or safety issues
• Completing basic administrative tasks as required
