Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Structures Supervisor to join a major highways infrastructure scheme. You will supervise day-to-day structural works, ensuring safe and efficient delivery and oversee bridge, culvert, retaining wall, RC, and steelwork activities.

The role requires a strong highways background, with ability to read drawings and manage site teams, plus CSCS Gold Card, SSSTS/SMSTS, and First Aid at Work. Driving licence and site leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Structures Supervisor or Civil Engineering Supervisor.
• Strong background in highways or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with bridge, RC, steel, or other structural works.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manage site teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day structural works, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
• Oversee bridge, culvert, retaining wall, reinforced concrete, and steelwork activities.
• Manage site operatives, subcontractors, and plant on site.
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, RAMS, and project specifications.
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress against programme.
• Deliver site briefings, inspections, and toolbox talks.
