REESON Education is recruiting a driven SEN Teacher for a specialist provision in Rotherham (S66), starting September 2026. You will deliver structured lessons, maintain routines, and lead high-expectation SEMH-focused learning.

The role demands strong presence, discipline, and the ability to implement firm, positive behaviour strategies, with DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one. Flexible full-time or part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEN, SEMH, teaching, or structured educational settings.
• Strong presence with organised, controlled, and authoritative communication.
• Confidence leading classes and managing behaviour with clarity and consistency.
• Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly under pressure.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through us.

Responsibilities
