Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in Project Finance, Structured Finance, Credit Analysis, Credit Review, or Portfolio Management.
• Experience monitoring project finance transactions, including construction-phase projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage existing project finance transactions.

• Prepare internal approval documentation related to transaction amendments and borrower requests.

• Attend lender meetings, stakeholder meetings, and site visits when required.
• Support internal reporting and presentations.

A leading foreign bank is seeking a Structured Finance Analyst to join its London-based Structured Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in project finance portfolio management, credit analysis, or transaction monitoring to further develop their career within an international banking environment.

Working Arrangements

• Full-time permanent position
• London-based role
• Hybrid working policy available following the initial onboarding period
• New joiners are required to attend the office full-time during the induction and training period
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Salary

Competitive salary (up to £60,000 depending on experience).
