A prestigious international bank in London is seeking an experienced Project Finance Reviewer to conduct credit reviews for its structured finance group. The role involves 2LoD credit risk control, independent reviews, and presenting to the London credit committee.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of structured finance credit analysis experience, exposure to renewable energy projects, strong presentation and IT skills, and will initially work in the London office with a transition to

• 3+ years structured finance credit analysis experience in banking.
• Experience with project finance front or middle office.
• Exposure to renewable energy projects is preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong IT skills: Excel and PowerPoint.

• Credit analysis of new structured finance proposals and existing loans.

Job description

A prestigious international bank is seeking an experienced Project Finance Reviewer to do credit reviews for their structured finance business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Credit analysis of new structured finance proposals and existing loans performing analysis on relevant macro-economic, industry and regulatory issues
• Being 2LoD providing a credit risk control and monitoring function
• Producing independent credit reviews and advising/presenting to London credit committee
• Conducting research and producing reports of credit issues
• Checking the Front Office s documentations from a credit risk perspective
• Attending meetings for structured finance customers

Your experience must include:

• At least 3 years structured finance credit analysis experience gained in banking covering project finance as front or middle office
• Ideally strong exposure to various renewable energy projects
• Excellent presentation and communication skills - both written and oral
• Strong IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint

This role will initially require the successful applicant to work 5 days a week in the London office and will then convert to hybrid.
