Goldman Sachs Alternatives is seeking a senior leader to drive investments in structured corporate credit from its global platform. The role centers on origination, underwriting, structuring and execution across credit strategies, with exposure to private credit, infrastructure and real assets.

Formación

• 10-15 years of investment banking, private credit or infrastructure experience.
• Strong quantitative, financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for investing with specific interest in credit and structured products.
• Excellent credit analysis, verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and creative mindset; ability to analyze a variety of industries and businesses and capital structures.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Originating investment opportunities across the product suite of Structured Corporate Credit via early engagement with relevant parties (e.g. borrowers, sponsors and advisors)
• Leading all aspects of due diligence, business analysis and structuring to develop and refine investment theses
• Driving key work streams in structuring, negotiating and documenting investments
• Communicating and defending investment theses to internal stakeholders and committees, including relevant Investment Committees
• Actively monitoring existing investments in the portfolio
• Involvement in internal fund management and investor communications
• Contributing to platform expansion and potentially the introduction of new investment strategies
