Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Structured Cabling Engineer for a Derby-based, Monday to Friday role. The position involves installation, testing and termination of Cat6, Cat6a and fibre cabling on large-scale commercial and industrial sites.

You will work on a day shift (07:30-16:30) from a large development site with opportunities for training, progression, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

Experience with data/structured cabling and fibre projects.
CSCS/ECS card required or equivalent.
Local to Derby and seeking static role.

Responsibilities

Installation, termination and testing of Cat6, Cat6a and fibre cabling.
Work across commercial, industrial and data centre environments.
Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30.

Derby (Commutable from Nottingham, Burton upon Trent, Ilkeston, Long Eaton, Loughborough, Ashbourne and surrounding areas)

Are you a Structured Cabling, Data Cabling or Fibre Engineer looking for a local and static role where you have a great work life balance?

On offer is a great opportunity to work on a huge and exciting project in a permanent / secure role, where further training will be provided and competitive benefits.

The company trade as experts within Cable Installation across large scale Industrial and Commercial sites. Due to huge growth and contracts secure this is a new role.

You will be based out of a huge development site on Monday - Friday days basis. The day-to-day responsibilities will be high varied from Installation, Testing and Termination of Cat 6 and Fibre Cabling.

This position would suit a Data Cabling, Fibre or Structured Cabling Engineer looking for a permanent role offering variety, progression opportunities into Senior Management and great benefits.
