IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a 1-5 PQE Structured and Project Finance Lawyer for their London office to support the delivery of major energy and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.

You will work in a market-leading Projects Group advising on development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure assets while collaborating with colleagues across the firm's international network, including banks, sponsors, developers and funds.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years PQE in structured and project finance transactions.
• Energy and infrastructure sector experience is ideal but not required.

This international law firm is seeking a 1-5 PQE Structured and Project Finance Lawyer to join their market-leading team, in the firm's London office. You will support the delivery of some of the UK's largest and most innovative energy and infrastructure projects.

About the role

You will be part of a highly regarded Projects Group advising on the development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure assets across the UK and internationally.

Working closely with colleagues across the firm's international network, you will advise banks, sponsors, developers, funds and financial institutions on a broad range of project finance, acquisition finance and refinancing matters.

Skills and experience

• You will have between 1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a strong background in structured and projects finance transactions.
• Experience within the Energy and Infrastructure sectors would be ideal but not a pre-requisite.
