IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a 1-5 PQE Structured and Project Finance Lawyer for their London office to support the delivery of major energy and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.

You will work in a market-leading Projects Group advising on development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure assets while collaborating with colleagues across the firm's international network, including banks, sponsors, developers and funds.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years PQE in structured and project finance transactions.
• Energy and infrastructure sector experience is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise on development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure assets.
• Advise banks, sponsors, developers, funds and financial institutions on project finance, acquisition finance and refinancing.
