Job summary

South West Recruitment in New Milton is seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder to join their expanding workshop. The role focuses on MIG welding with TIG experience a plus, and you will work the standard hours of 06:30–16:00, Monday to Friday.

A 12-week probation applies, with potential overtime opportunities. Starting salary is up to £18.00 per hour, dependent on experience, and overtime can increase weekly earnings.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience on structural steel.
• TIG welding experience is advantageous.
• CSCS card beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld fabrications for structural steel components.
• Assist fabrication and assembly of steel structures.
• Work within a 12-week probationary period.
