Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Structural Technician with Revit experience to join a growing civil/structural engineering consultancy in Leicester. You will create detailed 3D models of buildings and structures, translating them into precise drawings while progressing to a team leadership role.

Projects span residential, retail and hospitality across the UK. The role offers flexitime, a profit share, progression and training, and a supportive, family-like culture.

• Experience as Structural Technician or similar.
• Proficient in Revit.

Are you a Structural Technician with Revit experience looking to join a rapidly growing, ambitious company offering flexitime and a profit share bonus whilst working on some of the most exciting projects in the UK?

In this role, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously, creating detailed 3D models of buildings and structures and transforming these into accurate technical drawings. Projects range across the retail, residential, and hospitality sectors throughout the UK. In addition to your technical responsibility, you will be trained to become a team leader further enabling your ambition.

The Role:

• Working on a variety of projects - residential, hospitality, retail using Revit
• Carrying out 3D modelling & developing technical drawings
• Occasional site visits
• Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm - flexitime
