Job Description:

Senior Revit Technician for Energy and Power Projects (up to £60k with Hybrid/Remote options)

Our client, a large multidisciplinary design consultancy without UK offices, is working on major energy and power frameworks. They seek experienced Revit technicians to support the Energy and Power networks team, providing technical support for projects involving companies like National Grid, SSE, and UKPN.

This role offers an opportunity to join a supportive team, develop leadership skills, and produce Revit Models and CAD drawings across all design stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and supervise coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare engineering models and drawings from sketches and design info.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, clients, and internal teams for multidisciplinary delivery.
• Use BIM technologies in cloud and managed systems for key project stages.
• Manage drafting aspects of varying projects, fostering collaboration.

Experience, Skills, and Education:

• HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred.
• Experience as a Revit Technician in the power and energy sector, especially related to substations, switching stations, or heavy industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM templates, and collaborative information management software.
• Experience with digital platforms like BIM360 is a plus; training provided.
