We are seeking a Structural Revit Technician for our client located on the outskirts of Maidstone, offering a salary of £37k-£42k plus benefits. This role is ideal for someone with ambition and drive to help develop junior technicians.

This position provides access to a variety of interesting and complex projects, promoting a great work-life balance. The successful candidate must understand the layout of structures, including design information and preliminary layouts produced by architects and other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with design solutions
• Play an important role in project delivery from inception to completion
• Work on projects in sectors such as residential, commercial, retail, and industrial

Requirements:

• Keen interest in structures and building design
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
• Proficient in Revit; AutoCAD skills are beneficial
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail
