Job summary

Wentworth Technical Services in London seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive delivery of specialist structural works across the UK. This role focuses on planning, coordinating resources and reporting progress to ensure safe, commercial and technically rigorous project outcomes.

You will work with the Operations Director and senior team to allocate labour, materials, plant and equipment for live projects, including concrete repair, CFRP work and structural alterations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, civil engineering or specialist structural works.
• Experience with concrete repair, CFRP, hydraulics, jacking or strengthening works is desirable.
• Strong understanding of structures, materials, and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage specialist site works including concrete repairs, CFRP strengthening and structural alterations.
• Plan and coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment for safe project delivery.
• Monitor progress, costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, site teams and suppliers.
• Ensure works align with quotations, scope, programme and client requirements.
• Review RAMS, ITPs, drawings and site reports.
• Track variations and raise RFIs as needed.
• Coordinate weekly site schedules.
• Carry out site inspections and progress checks.
• Promote safety, QA and best practice across activities.
• Assist development of case studies and marketing materials for projects.
