Job summary

Pertemps is seeking a structural graduate design engineer in Hatfield to join a regional civil consultancy. You will work on projects from £8m to £30m, contribute to refurbishment and new build schemes, and use modern design technology including BIM.

Full CPD training and support toward chartership are provided, with emphasis on developing as a junior engineer and progressing within the firm.

Qualifications

• Must hold an MEng or MSc in structural engineering with a strong academic record.
• Demonstrable passion for building structures and design throughout studies.
• Interest in progressing towards chartership with recognised institutes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in structural design for UK projects across refurbishment and new build schemes.
• Contribute to design teams using the latest technology including BIM.
• Develop technical skills toward professional chartership and personal growth.
