Job summary

Doran Consulting is seeking skilled Structural Engineers to join the team in Belfast. You will work on BIM civil and structural projects for local and international clients, contributing to landmark developments and a diverse project portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in designing major building structures and a proactive approach to professional development within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in designing large-scale building structures.
• Experience with reinforced concrete, structural steel, timber and masonry.
• Support for chartership with professional bodies is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Design structures in reinforced concrete, structural steel, timber and masonry.
• Conceptual design and material/method selection.
• Supervise a team of engineers and technicians to meet design timelines.
• Prepare project specifications using external standards and in-house specs.
• Attend design team meetings, site meetings and client consultations.
