You will assess building conditions, identify structural defects, and provide expert technical advice to ensure safety and compliance across commercial and residential properties.

Formación

• Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Proven experience in structural assessments, building surveying, property management or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
• Experience conducting building inspections and identifying structural defects.
• Excellent technical report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in surveying software, reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake detailed building surveys, inspections and condition assessments to identify defects and remedial works.
• Collaborate with Building Safety Consultants and Fire Engineers on Building Safety Case Reports and Fire Strategies.
• Provide expert advice on structural integrity, maintenance, repairs and refurbishment.
• Prepare technical reports with recommendations for remedial action.
• Advise clients on building regulations and compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
