You'll be a key player in shaping our structural engineering capability—not just in Bristol, but across our other offices within our structures discipline.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver structural designs and technical reports.
• Prepare design concepts and carry out detailed structural analysis using Eurocodes.
• Use advanced modelling and design tools (e.g. TEKLA Structural Designer, SCIA, Robot, TEDDS).
• Co-ordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other specialists across disciplines.
• Undertake site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction.
• Produce high-quality design documentation for tender and construction phases.
• Contribute to innovative, sustainable design solutions and push industry standards forward.

What You Bring:

• Degree (MEng/BEng) recognised by the Engineering Council with UK-based structural engineering experience.
• On track to becoming Chartered with the ICE or IStructE.
• Skilled in concrete and steel design; knowledge of masonry and timber is a plus.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and a good understanding of BIM workflows.
• Strong communicator with excellent written English and report writing skills.
• A collaborative, driven team player with the confidence to take initiative.
• A UK driving licence and readiness for occasional travel to project sites.
