Qualifications

• Previous experience leading projects and supporting teams.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel where required.

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join a growing team in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity for either an established Associate or an ambitious Senior Structural Engineer looking to step into a leadership position.

This is a true engineering design role - ideal for someone who enjoys remaining technically involved rather than moving into a heavily management‑led position. The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery, technical leadership and team development.

Projects span multiple sectors and values, with schemes typically reaching £45m+.

Structural Engineer Role:

As a Senior / Associate Structural Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across multiple projects, support and develop engineering teams and maintain close relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will remain actively involved in engineering design and structural analysis while helping drive quality and project delivery. Senior / Associate Structural Engineer Key Responsibilities:

What They Are Looking For:

Essential:
