A Senior Structural Engineer is required to join the dynamic Structural team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the structural engineering design and delivery of multiple projects across a variety of sectors.
  • Provide technical oversight and mentoring for junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and clients to develop integrated design solutions.
  • Conduct structural analysis, prepare calculations, and produce detailed design drawings and reports.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Attend client and design team meetings, site visits, and inspections.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability goals.
  • Support business development and contribute to proposals, bids, and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver structural engineering design projects.
  • Strong understanding of UK design standards, building regulations, and planning procedures.
  • Proficient in structural engineering design software such as MasterSeries, Tekla, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
