Structural Engineer

Leeds - Hybrid Working

An award-winning engineering Consultancy is looking to appoint a Structural Engineer to join its established Leeds Buildings team.

Working alongside a highly experienced group of Engineers and Technicians, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, education, healthcare, retail and logistics sectors. From new-build developments through to refurbishment and adaptation of existing structures, you will gain exposure to projects at every stage of the design and construction process.

The role will involve structural analysis and design across a variety of materials including steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber. You will work closely with architects, contractors and fellow consultants, contributing to projects from initial feasibility and concept design through to detailed design and construction support.

Applicants should have experience working within a UK building structures Consultancy and possess a solid understanding of structural design principles. Experience using industry-standard analysis and design software is expected, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and external project teams.
