With a strong design-led ethos and a friendly, professional culture, they're now looking to add a Structural Engineer to their Derby based team, someone ready to take ownership, collaborate closely, and help shape bespoke, design-focused buildings.

You'll be joining a compact, tight-knit team in Warwick (with the backing of two other UK offices), supported by a business that truly values its people-with benefits like profit share, healthcare, flexible working, and a clear path to Chartership.

Contributing to a smooth project lifecycle from early concept to build

What We're Looking For:

MSc/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering

4+ years' experience in a UK consultancy setting

Graduate Member of ICE or IStructE, working towards Chartership

Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a bonus

Strong communicator and proactive team player
