Job summary

Mane Contract Services in Leeds is seeking a motivated Structural Detailer/Technician to join our team in Gildersome. You will produce accurate 3D Tekla models and detailed drawings for architectural metalwork, including staircases and balustrades.

You will interpret architectural and structural drawings, liaise with clients, and ensure drawings meet project requirements. The role offers a hands-on, collaborative environment with varied metalwork projects and manufacturing-ready details.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tekla Structures or similar 3D detailing software.
• Experience in structural or architectural metalwork detailing.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to producing accurate drawings.
• Good communication with clients and colleagues.
• Experience with staircases, balustrades or architectural metalwork is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 3D Tekla models and detailed construction drawings for architectural metalwork.
• Detail staircases, balustrades and associated metalwork in line with project requirements.

• Liaise with clients to resolve technical queries and ensure drawings meet project expectations.
• Maintain accurate drawing registers, revisions and project documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs are accurate, practical and ready for manufacture and installation.
