Job summary

A Structural Design Engineer is sought to join Allscreens Nationwide Ltd's building structures team as they expand due to increased workload. You will work under a chartered structural engineer on a broad range of projects up to 20 storeys.

Candidates should be a Graduate member of IStructE with an MEng/MSc in Structural, Civil or Architectural Engineering (First Class). The role uses SCIA, Tedds and Master Series and BIM Level 2.

Qualifications

• Graduate member of IStructE with MEng/MSc in Structural, Civil or Architectural Engineering (First Class).
• UK structural consultancy experience on structural projects is preferred.
• Proficient in BIM Level 2 workflows and relevant design software.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of structural projects under a chartered engineer.
• Assist with design, calculations and drafting for building structures.

Job description

This Multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy have a requirement for a Structural Design Engineer to join their building structures team as they continue to expand due to a large increase in their workload.

You will be working on a broad range of structural projects under the guidance of a chartered structural engineer who will support you in your professional development. Projects include schools, mixed use and large scale residential projects up to 20 storeys. They use Tedds, SCIA, and Master Series and operate at BIM level 2 for the majority of the their projects.

To be considered you will be a Graduate member of IStructE and have a MEng/MSc in Structural, Civil or Architectural Engineering with a First Class pass (Or equivalent). Having achieved this qualification you will have been working in a structural consultancy working as a structural design engineer in the UK on Structural projects.

They are easily accessed by public transport and also have free parking on site.
