An opportunity leading directorship with a successful, long established consultancy. The role is within their civil and structural division which has an orderbook stretching a decade ahead. They work in growth areas and provide design expertise for the data centre, power distribution and renewables sectors. A long established multi discipline consulting practice with a network of UK and European offices. This is a large business, as opposed to a sprawling corporation . Their service focuses on customer care, value and deep technical expertise. Their civil and structural division is growing steadily and they have recently opened a new London office.

Your Role:

You will work closely with your line manager, the partner in charge of civil & structural engineering. This will include meeting clients at project advisory stages, fee negotiation, concept design, resource planning, client care, project delivery and providing input on new business. As a senior member of the management team you will help to guide and mentor engineers and play an active role in selecting new employees.

Your Profile:

A senior structural engineer who is a chartered or nearing chartered status with the ICE or IStructE. A structural design background with knowledge of steel and concrete. Experience of delivering concurrent projects and working closely with clients. The position requires an individual who is adept at forming lasting business
