Job description: We have an opportunity for a Structural Analysis Engineer to join the team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will perform calculations, Finite Element Analysis, and optimizations of car structures at both the assembly and component levels. We aspire to be the best in every aspect of our team. What you will be doing:

• Support your allocated design group by performing analyses and optimizations to achieve weight-efficient, robust designs.
• Prepare reports of your work to present at design reviews and for future reference.
• Liaise with other FEA engineers to enhance efficiency and accuracy across analyses.
• Scrutinize load cases for design and analysis purposes.
• Supervise and mentor graduate FEA engineers within your design group.

Requirements:

• Experience in F1, top-tier motorsport companies, or aerospace industries.
• A degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in FEA, ideally with the Altair suite of products.
• Experience in composite analysis is preferred.
• Experience with optimization packages.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office suite.
• Ability to contribute positively to an open and inclusive culture.
• Foster collaboration and achieve project objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
