Job Description:

Description: Cadillac Formula 1 is preparing for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship with a focus on building a high-performance culture. We aim to assemble a talented team to compete at the highest level, including engineering, design, and off-track specialists.

Role Overview: As a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer, you will develop and improve tools to support engineering and design functions, perform structural analysis and optimization, supervise FEA engineers, and maintain databases supporting FEA activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform analysis and optimization of structures and assemblies.
  • Supervise and guide other FEA engineers.
  • Develop and enhance FEA tools under the guidance of the Lead CAE engineer.
  • Create and maintain databases to support FEA functions.
Requirements:
  1. A degree in engineering or a relevant discipline.
  2. Extensive experience in F1 or other motorsport industries.
  3. Experience with FEA.
  4. Strong IT skills, including MS Office.
  5. Ability to contribute positively to an inclusive culture.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
