You will support high-quality, evidence-based care for patients after stroke and ensure SSNAP standards are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma / degree in OT recognised by College of OT.
• HCPC Registered OT.
• Evidence of relevant postgraduate courses.
• Study for a MSc.

Responsabilités

• Lead Stroke Therapy Team with clinical, operational and professional leadership.
• Drive service transformation and pathway development for stroke care.
• Maintain a specialist clinical caseload for complex stroke rehab.
• Support achievement of national stroke standards and SSNAP.
• Supervise, appraise and mentor therapy staff and students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient flow.
• Lead on governance, audit and quality improvement activities.
• Promote continuous learning and excellence in patient care.
